Food & Helpful Resources Near You
Our feeding network has a variety of food and grocery pickup locations across Northeast Louisiana.
Access Free Food
Free food and groceries are distributed directly through our many community partner locations and mobile pantries.
Products available at each pickup and location are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and products will vary depending on availability.
What You Will Need
When going to one of our pantries or food distribution programs for the first time you should bring the following:
- Photo ID
- Proof of income
(ss/ssi determination letter, Food Stamp print out, check stub)
Speed up your pick up by filling out the Food Assistance Application below in advance.

Are food distributions still held in the event of rain?
Please contact the food pantry you wish to visit before to confirm the distribution is still happening. Sometimes distributions are moved to a different location due to rain.
Why do the types of food I get each week differ?
The Food Bank receives food from a variety of donors, federal food commodities program, and other sources, resulting in a variety of food product availability.
I need more help with food assistance. Is there someone I can talk to?
If you need further assistance, please contact the Food Bank at 318-322-3567.
I don’t have a car and there is not a food pantry near me. Can I still get help?
Unfortunately we don’t have a delivery service. Many neighbors get rides from friends and family, or from a local church.
